Pinzle-Collect introduces and sells high-quality brands and products, and strives to provide the best products to our customers.
We check the status of the ordered product before shipping and ship it, but if you receive a defective or unsatisfactory product, we will try to solve the problem as quickly and accurately as possible.
Please see below for detailed order/shipping and exchange/refund conditions.





[Payment / Shipping]

1. Payment Guide


-You can either log into your existing PayPal account or pay using a debit/credit card

2. Shipping Guide

  • -The ordered product is dispatched by EMS within 7 business days.

    -Shipping rates differ by the destinations. It is calculated automatically when you are checking out based on the price table of EMS.

    -Orders within the Season-off/Clearance sale period could be delayed beyond the default delivery date.

    -In case of taking a longer delivery period than the default or out of stock, we will contact you personally.



[Exchange / Refund / Cancellation]

1. Exchange/Refund Policy

-Due to the specialty of the product, the exchange of international purchase is not available. A refund is possible for the defective product.

-Refund is only available to customers who purchased through intl.pinzle-collect.net

-Any inquiries regarding the products should be made by the Q&A board within 7 days from the date delivery was completed.

-It is not eligible for a refund when the product is specified as 'non-refundable' when selling.

-For any refund of a defective or wrongly delivered product, the shipping fees will be borne by Pinzle Collect.

2. Refund Guide

-A refund proceeds only for the defective product.

-Please contact through the Q&A board within 7 days after delivery attaching photos of the defective part.

-The duration of the actual refund differs by the brand of a credit card. Please check the specific procedure by contacting the card company.



3. Cancellation Guide

-Before payment, you can cancel your order directly from Mu Page.

-After payment,  if the product has not been dispatched yet, the product can be canceled by the Q&A board.
